You must install the MATLAB Component Runtime 7.11 program before you use CharAnalysis_1_1_WindowsOS.exe for the first time. This program is installed via the executable file MCRInstaller.exe.
Google Code pages do no allow downloads greater than 160 MB. So for now, you may download MCRInstaller_7.11.exe here.

NOTE:
(1) This file is 170 MB, so downloads may take several minutes.
(2) This is a .zip file and must be unpackaged before running.
